Following Apple’s iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C Media event, Apple has provided developers with the Gold Master (GM) build of iOS 7. The build is available for iPhone 4 and later, iPad mini, iPad 2 and later, and the 5th-generation iPod touch.
Apple has released iOS 5 Golden Master version for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. GM version is similar to the public version. Download links are available below.
iOS 5 was announced at World Wide Developer Conference this year. iOS 5 betas were intended for developers only but this GM is apparently, as reported by some,will not need devices UDIDs and so you can install it on your device at your risk.

Apple today released the Gold Master iOS 5 to registered developers of the iOS program. you must use iTunes 10.5 beta 7 to install iOS 5 GM seed and its not available via over the air software update.
This marks the final release of iOS 5 before going public on October 12.

The GM build is generally the build that consumers will end up with and ready for mass production; however, if any major bugs are found, there could always be another seed. Apple has also released a new preview for Xcode. You can download OS X Lion GM below:
