    Fox has unleashed the official trailer to Prometheus! which billed as a prequel to the 1979 classic “Alien.” The trailer of Ridley Scott‘s directed movie looks incredibly epic.

    The movie stars: Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender and Noomi Rapace. Watch it out below:

    Official Synopsis:

    In the distant future, two superpowers control Earth and fight each other for all the solar system’s natural resources. When one side dispatches a team to a distant planet to terraform it for human colonization, the team discovers an indigenous race of bio-mechanoid killers.

    Ridley Scott, director of ‘Alien’ and ‘Blade Runner,’ returns to the genre he helped define. With PROMETHEUS, he creates a groundbreaking mythology, in which a team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

    Universal Pictures has released another epic action-packed trailer for Battleship! Inspired by Hasbro‘s popular game “Battleship” and directed by Peter Berg the movie is getting awesome with each trailer released!

    The visuals and sounds look spectacular. Watch the trailer below and tell us what you think:

    Peter Berg (Hancock) produces and directs Battleship, an epic-scaled action-adventure that unfolds across the seas, in the skies and over land as our planet fights for survival against a superior force. Alex Hopper, a Naval officer assigned to the USS John Paul Jones; Brooklyn Decker as Sam Shane, a physical therapist and Hopper’s fiancee; Alexander Skarsgard as Hopper’s older brother, Stone, Commanding Officer of the USS Sampson; Rihanna as Petty Officer Raikes, Hopper’s crewmate and a weapons specialist on the USS John Paul Jones; and international superstar Liam Neeson as Hopper and Stone’s superior (and Sam’s father), Admiral Shane.

    Battleship hits theaters on May 18th, 2012.

    I’m so excited for the upcoming horror movie, Cabin in the Woods, produced by Joss Whedon and directed by Drew Goddard. The movie opens the SXSW festival this week, and a lot of reviews come out praising it and describing it as being unique, special and a new classic.

    Lionsgate has released the final trailer which actually plays with the edge of spoilers. Watch it below and tell us want you think:

    Ubisoft has released the first trailer for Assassin’s Creed 3. The game is said to be the largest project in the company’s history. It has been in the works for over three years with twice the production capacity of any previous title from Ubisoft Montreal and other six studios. Watch the trailer below:
