    A new Cydia tweak RecognizeMe, allows you to use facial recognition to unlock your iPhone. The tweak is now available in Cydia Store for download for $6.99 via the BigBoss repository.

    RecognizeMe does a pretty good job at facial recognition, it sits on the iPhone passcode screen, so it serves as an alternate to, rather than a replacement for the passcode. Check this video out:

    A New tweak has surfaced in Cydia, Rich Text for Mail, which allows you to compose and reply to emails using custom favorite fonts, favorite colors and favorite styles. It can also add Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, Underline and Insert Image items to Action Menu, which should be already installed. Watch the video below;

    We have previously showed you a way to enable multitouch gestures in iOS 4.3.1 using a manual method to SSH through the device but thanks to Cydia Hacks that can fix the issue and do all the dirty work on behalves of you. All you need is a jailbroken iPhone and make sure, currently the tweak only works with iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4G.

    Step 1: Search for MT Gestures via ModMyi repo

    Step 2: Install / respring and its done

    You can now do the following three gestures using four or five fingers:

    • Pinch to home screen
    • Swipe up for Multitasking bar
    • Swipe left/right to switch apps.
  • Cydia Adds a QuickBar a.k.a #DickBar

    Although Twitter decided to remove the hated QuickBar from its iPhone app, Cydia has added the bar to its timeline tab.

    Cydia’s Quick Bar promotes trending topics that you might be interested in; such as, #Glee, #JustinBieber, #LadyGaga, and more. Tapping the bar will take you to details page for a related package.

    If you don’t see the Quick Bar it will appear once your device’s date changes to April 1st, 2011, April Fools Day.
