After 25 years, Microsoft has unveiled a new look and feel to its corporate logo. The new logo, which incorporates a multicolored Windows symbol in addition to the “Microsoft” name in straightforward, lighter type, is intended to “signal the heritage but also signal the future — a newness and freshness,” said Jeff Hansen, Microsoft’s general manager of brand strategy.
The new logo features the name “Microsoft” in the Segoe font — a font Microsoft owns and has used in its products and marketing for several years. The font also figures prominently in the new Windows 8 user interface.
Its not surprising that Microsoft got inspired by Apple in this time around, the new logo font Segoe is a clone of Apple’s Myriad Pro font which is used in Apple’s various products as the one typeface.

Interesting that what they ended up with reminds people of Google’s Chrome browser logo colors as well.
God of War: Ascension New Multiplayer Trailer Released
Sony has released a brand new trailer for the multiplayer mode in God of War: Ascension. Sony also confirmed it will be launching a global multiplayer beta soon where PlayStation Plus subscribers will get their hands on it first.

Teen Wolf 2012 S02E12 720p “Master Plan” Season Finale
In the second season of the hit series, Teen Wolf, the story becomes more dark and after having taken over as Alpha, Derek recruits new members to his pack. Without Derek to help Scott, Stiles becomes even more embroiled in werewolf affairs, while Allison trains to become more involved in the family business. Teen Wolf Episode 2×12 Plot Details:
Stiles is kidnapped by Gerard, who also has Boyd and Erica tied up. Able to escape, Stiles returns to his worried father. Peter reveals that Jackson stabbing himself was part of Gerard’s plan. Chris, realizing that Gerard is the true enemy, sets Boyd and Erica free, and goes to Scott and Isaac. Working together now, they take Jackson’s body to Derek. Gerard arrives and Jackson turns into the Kanima. A battle ensues with Chris, Derek, Scott and Isaac against the Kanima and Allison. Gerard reveals his master plan: he has cancer and had planned to cure himself by using Derek to become an Alpha werewolf. Scott gets Derek to bite Gerard but Gerard’s body rejects it. Scott reveals he had his own plan: he and Dr. Deaton had replaced Gerard’s cancer pills with mountain ash. Lydia gets the Kanima to change back into Jackson. Realizing his fate, Jackson allows Derek and Peter to kill him, but shortly comes back to life as a blue-eyed werewolf. Gerard escapes but the group determines he is dying. Allison tearfully breaks up with Scott but he assures her that he’ll wait for her. Isaac, Derek, and Peter find a cryptic symbol on the door of the Hale house; Peter explains it is the symbol of the Alpha pack, a pack of Alpha werewolves, that has come to town, indicating new danger. This Alpha pack traps Boyd and Erica as they are fleeing, leaving their fate uncertain.

Stiles speaks with Mrs. Morrell, regarding the events of the previous episode. He reveals that his father is again the sheriff, Scott and his mother are not speaking, nor are he and Allison. It is also revealed that the Betas are intending to join a new pack, terrified of the Argent genocide. Scott finds Gerard and the Kanima holding his mother hostage in their home; the elderly hunter leaves with a warning regarding finding Derek. Isaac speaks to Scott, where it’s revealed that werewolves can heal others using their powers. Isaac declares that he too will leave town, but warns Scott that Jackson will be at the championship lacrosse game that evening. Peter and a distraught Derek speak regarding his lack of a pack, with the former offering to help. At the game, Scott is benched due to his failing grades, while Stiles is put in. Gerard threatens to begin murdering people using Jackson if Scott does not help him find Derek. Scott, unable to act, welcomes help from Isaac, who shows up in the midst of the game. Meanwhile, a team of hunters, led by Chris and Allison, pursue Boyd and Erica. Allison ruthlessly peppers Boyd with arrows as he is protecting Erica, only for the wolves to be saved by Chris, who shoots the bow out of her hand and comments on her drastic change in personality. Gerard uses Jackson to paralyze Isaac mid-play, with the intent to bifurcate him with a sword. He is saved by Scott, but Gerard escapes. Peter reveals to Derek that the reason Jackson is a kanima is because he has no identity due to being an orphan; the one person who truly shared a bond with him, Lydia, is the only person who can save him. On the field, Stiles begins a massive winning streak, allowing the Cyclones to win the game. As the clock winds down, the field goes dark. Everyone finds Jackson, bleeding and unresponsive, on the field. It turns out Jackson had stabbed himself in order to prevent himself from transforming into the Kanima. Melissa and Lydia begin to resuscitate him, while Sheriff Stilinski makes a grim discovery: Stiles is missing.
